Cancellation and Refund Policy
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity start time, based on Korea Standard Time (KST).
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you may reschedule your booking or request a full refund.
Refunds will not be provided to participants who arrive 10 minutes or more after the scheduled meeting time.
Booking Change Policy
Booking changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity start time.
Changes requested less than 24 hours before the activity start time cannot be accepted.
